The location worked for us for the local parkrun and broke the back of our trip to London

Big damp patch on our bedroom wall. The noise as someone walked around on the floor above was awful and went on until around 2am

Nice pub, good restaurant although not all choices on the menu available. Staff were excellent.

Room a little tired. Bathroom needed a hook for clothes when showering.

Breakfast seed good.

The shower room needed hangers for nightclothes etc. otherwise good.

Convenient location. Staff were great - very polite and courteous.

Corridors a bit shabby, bedside lamp switch broken, mould on bathroom ceiling.

Very friendly person at the reception and in the restaurant , parking space available ,close to local shops .

The hotel is in serious need of a proper cleaning and overall maintenance. The corridor smells musty, and the toilet flush didn’t work. After turning off the lights, there was a constant fan noise that made it difficult to rest. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear even whispers from neighboring rooms. Light from the corridor leaks into the room, making it hard to sleep. Choosing the breakfast option was a mistake. The coffee was instant and served from a jug, the bread was dry, and the tables were chipped and worn. The cutlery was dirty, which made the whole experience very unpleasant.

The hotel is dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The evening meal was good as expected. Breakfast timing if extended to 10 am on weekdays would be better.

A great budget hotel with good food

There could be a but more choice in continental breakfast items if you don't want cooked.
