Please note that the property cannot accept any late check-ins. Please note that full payment is taken at the time of booking. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment. Please note that visitors are not allowed. Guests under the age of 18 have to travel with a parent or legal guardian. Breakfast is served from 08:00 Monday - Friday and from 09:00 Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Dinner is available form 11:00 - 22:00. Late check-in after 22:00 is not possible. Children under the age of 18 cannot be in the pub after 9pm this is due to our license A deposit may be required at the property.

Easy to get to the zoo. Affordable food.

Decor in need of an upgrade. Toilet seat broken Tables in restaurant badly in need of a varnish, chairs need upholstering. Walls in a bad state in hallway and bedrooms.

Room.was too warm. Needs air-conditioning or a fan... bed in awkward position in room..too close to wardrobe.

Close to the airport and staff were accommodating

Our room was full of mould, walls were bubbling and smelt horrendously musty. We had to ask to move rooms upstairs.
