Air con didn't work or was so poor it made no difference.

The welcome leaves a lot to be desired! We felt that we interrupted something more important than guests? However we got a very good service rest of the stay. They managed to arrange indoor seating for us with the dog, the weather was quite cold and not for outdoor seating! Also the same check-in staff helped us with contact to a vet pharmacy where we could get much needed medicine for our dog, thank you! A good place for a stop over with a dog.

Is a big hotel look luxurious but a bit outdated and the service its not the best. Excellent location and nice breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Clean tidy, very easy access from the Motorway.

We had another great stay at this hotel. It is superb in every way: the location (just off the highway, on our way to Bordeaux), the friendly welcome, the cheerful staff in the restaurant, lovely dinner, very complete breakfast, and not in the least: the very comfy beds! Highly recommended!

One night stay on route to Spain, exceptional service and dog friendly, spotless and very comfortable rooms, we slept like logs 😀 We had a disability en-suite bathroom as my husband has poor mobility, it was just fantastic!, hoping to book again on our return journey. Good food and excellent value for money.

Excellent room ,dog bed together with food & water bowl provided by hotel in the room . Great food and good sized gardens to walk the dog . All in all a great place to stay

Very convenient for an overnight stop. Very close to the motorway, breakfast had a good selection.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful. I lost my purse at a petrol station close by and Raquel, on the reception of the hotel helped to contact the petrol station, who then dropped my purse off at the hotel. If you have a dog, you can order foood from the restaurant and sit with the dog in a special dining area. The cafeteria were happy to fill our flask with purchased coffee as we left early.
