Situated right in the middle of Marlborough. The staff were really helpful and lovely.

The bathroom could do with upgrading, looking a little tired.

Perfect location!! Easy parking behind hotel, room lovely above the carpark which was quiet. Beds comfy & bathroom nipping clean. Full English breakfast excellent & although we didn’t eat in the restaurant the menu was great & prices too. Would return & recommend to others

The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling in one spot, which let's down what is otherwise an excellent hotel

La camera era molto calda e abbiamo dormito pochissimo. Abbiamo anche trovato insetti morti .

The location was perfect. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were polite without being intrusive. It was very warm during our stay (28°C during the day) and the room didn't have air-conditioning. We bought a small fan from the supermarket across the road which made a big difference. I did see a member of staff crossing the car park with some fans, but I hadn't thought to ask if they provided them for use in the rooms.

The stairs were uneven/sloped sideways, but given the age of the building this is just a quirk that should be expected.

The hotel &staff where excellent, food was very good could not fault the place BUT!

Our room was VERY small & the view from our window was nonexistent just dirty other windows after 4 nights in this room I was glad to leave! Also had to ask for our smelly stained pillows to be replaced not good . Also the bathroom door handle needs to be looked at,
