Location was lovely. Staff were helpful and amiable.. Misunderstanding in booking was cleared efficiently and politely. Dinner choice was returned and not charged.

Room had a musty/ unventilated smell on entry. Evidence that room had not been thoroughly cleaned after a previous occupant. Basin bathroom leaked. Second room appeared to have blood stain on carpet outside door and a suspicious spot on wall. One Friday dinner choice was soup but was most unsatisfactory and had to be returned to kitchen. Breakfast was poor e. g. soggy hash browns with the traditional breakfast.

Bathroom needed renovation, rust on radiator difficult bath to step in and out of to use shower, shower took ages to heat up , toilet roll holder in wrong position ,bathroom looked tatty, Bedroom desperately needed new headboard and furniture

Our 3rd time here, fairly close to the grand union canal which we like to walk.Large bedroom, good shower, plenty of hot water. Excellent meal in the bar .

Sash window wouldn’t stay up. Had to prop it up with some cardboard so only managed to get a small gap to let air in.

Ideal location on high street. We are in the restaurant and the good was very good.all staff were very helpful.and friendly

Nothing. We were in room 24 ground floor. (Second visit). And all was well with room. Lovely hot showet

Water was not hot in room. Room was not as clean as it could have been.
