Location very good. Beds good. Rooms a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. Staff efficient and friendly

Shower was very temperamental! More cold than warm.

"Restaurant staff on first day were exceptional and second day the complete opposite."

Excellent location both for walking and driving. Reasonable price for accommodation.

Dangerous uneven corridor floors, mould in bathroom around ceilings and shower cubicle. Tired decor in rooms. A game two halves for attentiveness and efficiency of staff over a two night stay.

"Great place to start your visit to the Cotswolds"

A wonderful place to stay, only Metres away from town centre and Banbury Cross making this an exceptionally well placed accommodation for your visit. The hotel comprises a bar and restaurant and welcoming comfortable accommodation. There is also free parking at the back of the hotel which can fill up quickly if a function is being held. The staff for exceptional, friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Joey for an amazing blue steak While you’re in Banbury make sure you check in at the rein deer inn and visit the globe room
