Very quaint, with lots of character

Central with parking and a lovely beer garden and restaurant . Lovely dinner and breakfast. Great value. Staff were very welcoming

No window in our courtyard room so a little stuffy but great access for our dog

Nice location, plenty of places to eat and drink, canal walks old buildings and places of historical interest.

Hotel was very run down and in dire need of financial input, loose fittings in our room, very poor decor. The bed was very comfortable and clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location in the centre of Banbury. Clean crisp bed linen and lovely fluffy towels. Have never known such cheerful, happy and helpful staff. Good choice of continental breakfast and cooked to order hot breakfast.

Food was good. Location was good. Parking was free and at the property

The gardens needed improving. The approach from the car park to reception was very poor. Outside grounds were in need of improving. Plastic flowers and overgrown hedges need improvement

I liked the staff, they were very polite and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfy.

It’s a lovely building, but I would recommend restoring the place - replacing the windows, carpets, net curtains, and curtains/drapes.
