Hotel Marienthal Garni

Very nice location in a quiet and green area. Breakfast was ok and in a nice glass room.

There were ants walking around the room, bathroom and some came on the bed. I understand it is middle of the summer but it shouldn't happen. The guy who checked us in could get a crash course in being service minded. Also "one room- one key card only" is a bit outdated isn't it?

Found a free parking space on the street (the hotel has its own paid parking). Easy walk to the city center. Room had a balcony. Beds ok. Breakfast simple. Autolle löytyi ilmainen paikka kadulta ( hotellilla oma maksullinen parkkipaikka). Keskustaan helppo kävellä. Huoneeseen kuului parveke. Sängyt ok. Aamiainen suppea.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 PM, where the doors were open AND NO ONE WAS ANYWHERE. We waited with our bags for almost 10 minutes. Then I called the hotel number myself, no one answered. I called several times before anyone answered. We still had to wait for several minutes before the young gentleman arrived. Not even an apology. Saavuimme hotelliin 16.30, jossa ovet avoinna EIKÄ KETÄÄN MISSÄÄN. Odottelimme laukkujen kanssa lähes 10 minuuttia. Sitten itse soitin hotellin numeroon, ketään ei vastaa. Soitin useampaan kertaan ennenkuin kukaan vastasi. Vielä saimme odottaa usean minuutin ajan ennenkuin nuoriherra saapui. Ei edes pahoittelua.

Alle sehr freundlich Frühstück sehr gut und es wurde auch bis zur letzten Minute aufgefüllt

Leider war es im Frühstücksraum sehr warm und alle Türen kaputt... Draußen gab es nur wenige Sitzmöglichkeiten Keine Klimaanlage Bad sehr klein, Lüftung eher schwierig

Personel bardzo sympatyczny . Dobre miejsce ,cisza i spokój. Mieszkam w Hamburgu a w tym hotelu odpoczęłam od Hamburdzkiego zgiełku ,tylko śpiew ptaków 🙃

Nie podobało mi się śniadanie . Najtańsze produkty ( wędlina ,sery ) . Produkty raczej kupione w NETTO lub PENNY. Tak nie piwonno być . To psuje renomę Hotelu . Ja pracowałam na śniadaniu w hotelu i wiem ,że powinno szanować się Gości hotelowych . Produkty niskiej jakości, to obniżenie standardu Hotelu . Obsługa śniadania też powinna być lepsza.. Powinni rozmawiać z gośćmi hotelowymi ,to powoduje ,że mimo niesmacznegoo śniadania niskiej jakości ,goście hotelowi poczują się wyjątkowo . NAJGORSZA BYŁA HAJECZNICA . Nad tym hotel powinien popracować. Przepraszam ale wiem jak dla gości hotelowych ważne jest śniadanie ,

Die ruhige Lage war gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, somit war man schnell im Herzen von Hamburg.

Haben nichts negativ zu bemerken.
