Czystość w łazience, sprzątana codziennie. Dziękuję 🤍 Czysta pościel i ręczniki. Dziękuję 🤍

Stara wykładzina na schodach, ciasne wejście do łazienki, wieszaki w szafie nie można było wyciągnąć, na recepcji nie można było zamówić taxi. Zapłaciłam za cztery śniadania na booking (dla siebie i córki), ale nie skorzystałam się z dwóch, ponieważ personel hotelu przychodzi do pracy o 6:30, a mój autobus na ZOB w dzień wymeldowania wyjeżdżał o 7:15, musiałam opuścić hotel o 6:30. Zgłosiłam tę sprawę przy zameldowaniu, ale bez skutku.
