Citrus Hotel Lonavala

Excellent place for staycation and overall the staff and service n room infrastructure quality and hygiene was really good. Rakesh Nair, Mohammad Allam, Ritesh Gupta, Pratik, all dese staff were outstanding in providing beyond miles customer excellence satisfaction and are the best assests to their management. One of the best place with good ambience at lonavala.

We had great time at the Resort. Ambiance was very good at the resort. Food was very delicious & tasty. Service at the restaurant was very prompt and good. Special thx to Gauravji at the restaurant. Mocktails and desserts were the highlight. We enjoyed alot.

There is no lift in the property which we were not informed our elder parents faced lot of trouble during the stay

Worst experience ...don't waste ur time and money here...checked in 11.30pm...we were taken to a room where phone wasn't working, basin sink wasn't working..horrible state of room..we were asked to change room...the another room was worse than earlier...from 12am to 2am...hotel staff was in our room trying to fix issues...but in vain..we had to finally adjust and stay there ..slept almost post 2.30am..we had to wake up our kids in the middle of sleep and again disturbing them...it was devasting experience...will never ever go back to this hotel and will suggest not to waste ur hard earned money here...there are many better hotels in the vicinity...go there..

There was no lift.

We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star.

Ambience, Ammenities, connectivity and leisure options

Great Restaurant and in house Breakfast spread; however taste could be a bit better - with options hotel should be mindful of the overall taste as well.
