I visit Citrus lonava. I took spa at there. Miss pavllavi in spa is doing very good. I feel good with palavi.... Thank you.......... I recommend this hotel as 1st priority... As like spa other service are very good like front desk and restaurant....

The staff was courteous. The massage was very good

I asked my car to be washed in the morning. It wasn't. There was no shaving mirror in the bathroom.

The front desk was cordial and helpful . The spa services are strongly recommended .They are well trained and pleasant .The staff is very enthusiastic and energetic .Although the property was not as per the picture and no elevator ,so had slight discomfort with older members of the family .

Nice stay and good hospitality, in particular by Mr Manish from F&B and Ms Rasika from front desk 🙂 Room was spacious, clean and provided with all standard amenities. Buffet breakfast is ok with a mix of north and south Indian items.
