Citrus Hotel Lonavala

All good

No elevator / lifts for sr citizens difficult to climb Also we were a group n those who called hotel directly or booked via agoda paid less than what I paid I pd rs. 1000 more Also room size was ok but some got bigger rooms in comparison

Polite and helpful staff specially Mr.Gaurav, Mr.Sachin Tate, Mr.Jagga

Bathroom could be improved and food options less spicy

Very courteous staff... the restaurant team is amazing. Sufficient spread of breakfast and Buffet.

Rooms must have large screen Television sets which are common nowadays, Toiletries must be improved

The wash basin had leak :-( . AC panel broken :-( . No lifts :-( . Only 4 cars can be parked in front of the hotel. We expected better for the amount we paid.
