Carlos very friendly and efficient

We had a terrific visit at the Tilajari Hotel & Resort. We stayed for three days and enjoyed the beautifully manicured grounds. The hotel pool and ho tub were amazing. Our room was amazing and the staff was excellent. Rebecca, one of the front desk managers, helped us with a small issue and was very professional and efficient in doing so. Juan and Jose were servers in the bar and restaurant where we had terrific meals and outstanding drinks. I highly recommend The Tilajari hotel for your next Costa Rican vacation! They are the friendliest people in Costa Rica.

Great venue lovely clean large rooms, and a nice menu. A large area be prepared to walk quite a way between your room and the facilities

We had lovely dinner in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and Harvy was very helpful with vegetarian options.

This is a great hotel in a good location, apart from road noise. Staff are great and attentive but the food was very repetitive and this spoilt the quality they are capable of. The newly updated rooms are great and I hope they update the rest.

Diego was awesome and super friendly , he gave us great tips on not just the coffee but also on local spots and how to travel

Only had two nights here but wish it could have been a lot longer. It’s a real resort with tennis courts, playing fields and pool but its main attraction is the very friendly, helpful staff and the hotel itself. Our large, clean bedroom was on the ground floor with its own patio overlooking the river. We did have a problem with the non-working hairdryer. No problem to the hotel; a new one was fitted. Meals are taken in the Katira Restaurant. Here the staff do everything they can to make sure that your food is just the way you want it. My wife is Gluten Free but they made sure that her diet was not compromised. Breakfasts are a treat because they put out food to attract the birds. And don’t the birds know it. I would swear that they were queuing waiting for thei breakfast. Can certainly recommend.

Had a terrific experience at Pickleball Getaways hosted at the Tilajari resort. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Harvy, the head of the wait staff, in particular was eager to accommodate my plant-based dietary needs. I hope I can come back again soon!
