Tilajari Hotel Resort

Amazing location, with beautiful gardens and swimingpool. The restaurant is great and our host Harry was really nice and helpful.

We loved Harvey, Diego, Carlos and Jose’s customer service. Very attentive and kind. I will highly recommend this resort.

Wait staff was exceptional. Very clean and traditional Costa Rican resort with views of the Arenal volcano and lots of local wildlife right on the resort.

10/10 resort, waitstaff, reception, housekeeping, everything! Harvy is on top of everything. Paul is a great new addition to the team. Diego, Albert, Jose, all wonderful! They always know what guests need before guests themselves know.

Our stay at Tilajari was amazing. The resort is great. Harvey and Paul are the best. Always in a great mood and very attentive. We loved them. We would always come back.

Had an absolutely delightful time here. Food was so yummy every day and they changed up the buffet each day too so it never got boring. The pool is so peaceful and the jacuzzi deck has a gorgeous view of the river. Our room was fantastic. The private balcony was a relaxing, quiet escape with beautiful views. The AC worked great and there was plenty of closet and storage space. I wish there was a bit more hot water for the showers but it wasn’t a big deal. It’s been so nice immersed in the local ecosystem - all the vegetation and animals. There are a lot of tennis courts and about half of them are covered which are great. And they can be used for pickleball too, which is why I came here in the first place (Pickleball Getaways)! And last but not least, the amazing humans working here. Everyone has been so incredibly kind and helpful. Special shout out to Alberto for being one of the first kind faces we interacted with when we arrived and had our first meal here. It’s clear the friendliness is genuine and I appreciate it so much. Pura Vida!

Such a great stay. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and the staff were top notch. So friendly and helpful. Props to Harvey in the restaurant, Pedro who ran so many tours and everyone else who made our stay so wonderful. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Fantastic staff, great rooms and super fun excursions. The birdlife is amazing and they have awesome facilities for pickleball and tennis.
