There were electricity problems and poor wifi, also due to the rain all days during the stay all everyone was using indoor pool which has only 5 couches, there was not enough space

Cleaning is very superficial. We were asked at check in when we would like our sheets to be replaced. In that day, we saw the cleaning lady, reminded her we would like the sheets to be replaced and she said she can’t do it, because she has to go home. The following day we called 3 times asking for the cleaning lady to come. On that day we woke up in the morning and both water and power was down for hours. We couldn’t brush our teeth, nor shower, nor have coffee or do anything. We called reception a few times, they didn’t know anything, didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable - looks like the springs are worn out. Food at the Italian restaurant was very low quality. All in all, many things to improve, low value for a lot of money you pay.
