"A different, yet very pleasurable stay!"

Even though you checkin centrally, you are escorted out the door and around the corner to a separate secure building that has been converted into very nice, large and modern rooms. My 15 year old sons loved the lighting and hi-tech features of the room. Lots of space for all of our luggage. Very comfortable.

"Nice hotel in a very lively area."

The Qube is a lovely hotel! Very clean, updated and modern. The staff was very friendly and professional at all times. It's in a great location, midway between old town and the train station. Both within 10 - 15 mins of walking. If you don't care to walk, the tram runs right in front of the hotel. The beds were a bit firm for my taste. But I used the duvet to sleep on and it was comfy. Definitely will be back!

"beautiful hotel but no cooling in room"

very nice hotel, trendy design. the window shades were supposed to be electric but the upper half worked with the button and the lower half didn't. not sure if that was intentional or not. but, the main problem was cooling. couldn't cool the room. it wasn't hot outside, but too warm inside for a good night's sleep.

My issue with accommodations centered on three things: 1) wifi connection was horrible, 2) apartment was on third floor of a building with no elevator and 3) there was no air conditioning,

"Upgrade might not be what you had wished for."

The upgrade that was promised on Hotels.com was actually a move to another building opposite from the hotel where there was an apartment (a second floor walk-up) with a small lounge and a kitchen but no phone and or services like room service. This might be an upgrade for a long stay but not for a 2 day business trip. Overall the hotel service wasn't that great either. Maybe because I was in an "apartment", they didn't clean the room between the two nights I stayed. Also the staff was somewhat helpful but not very helpful. I don't think I'll stay there again.
