Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, easy to find. Breakfast was excellent. Easy walk to castle.

Exactly what I wanted, close to train station and easy walk into the centre of Heidelberg

A stay over on our way to Cologne, Germany which was our reason for staying.

Very comfortable two-night stay overall, except for the "free" wifi gets disconnected all the time.

There are colour changing lights everywhere -not something I've seen before. We had a pleasant one night stay. The only inconvenience was the lack of in room tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful as were the staff in the other part of the hotel. I enjoyed the coffee maker and the room was lovely - large and comfortable. My only issue was parking which worked on the street fortunately but getting into the area off the main road was a bit tricky. It was easy walking distance from the river and the old part of the city.

Lack of WiFi and no effort to fix it is disappointing!

We just had a quick 1 night stay in Heidelberg and booked this hotel at the last second. Only a quick 10 minute walk from the train station. The check-in staff was very helpful and the rooms were perfect. Nice restaurant just around the corner on the river and within walking distance of everything. Although we didn't eat there, the restaurant had very good reviews and looked busy for both breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend for any duration of stay in Heidelberg

Hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Parking is a slight challenge. There was no available SUV size parking at the hotel (all spots filled). Most of the parking on the street was only free until 7 am, so we had to be sure to wake up and go out to the car before 7am to purchase a parking ticket. Otherwise a very nice one-night stay.
