Qube Hotel Bergheim

Very disappointed to find the restaurant and bar closed after a long days driving. Both are closed on Sunday and Monday, this was not clear to us. I checked on Hotels.com but it was not obvious. Very disappointed with this. The hotel and staff were perfect, no complaints with anything other than lack of restaurant and bar.

Excellent clean hotel , would have been nice to have breakfast included but very friendly and helpful staff.

This was quite the walk from the edge of old town. When we checked in, we were told we were housed in a building around the corner. Did not like not being in the main building. Would choose a better location next time, however it was not unsafe. Just far.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities. Room was spacious and clean, we slept well every night. The hotel also has a great bar, we didn't try any food but the staff there were excellent. We arrived in Heidelberg via train station and this hotel is perfectly situated between the train station and the main high street with all the restaurants and shopping.

Stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, comfortable, and convenient to old town. This was the one hotel on our romantic Europe trip I booked out of pure convenience and price… not expecting much… but we ended up really liking it. We were lucky enough to find a free parking spot on the street so we didn’t have to use the garage. Hotel was located about a mile from old town and we easily hopped on Lime Scooters which were fun to ride and plentiful to locate. Staff was very friendly and gave us an early check in and upgraded our room. Breakfast was standard but did the trick. Totally recommend.

This was a last minute booking as we were let down by two earlier bookings. Best decision we made. Very impressed by the whole hotel - from its high level of customer service and cleanliness. Our room (3 adults) was a good size, with a large bathroom and tea / coffee making facilities nearby in the hallway. Breakfast buffet - food was fresh with a good variety. Will definitely go back!

The customer service was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The strict adherence to Covid 19 protocols was a relief. They require proof of vaccination to reside in the hotel and enforce a mask policy while in shared spaces. Very well done!

This place is adequate but very quirky. It seems mostly catered to a business community. Very crazy neon lighting in the hallways and partly in the rooms. It was kind of dark to be honest- we were able to find our stuff, but it could have had another overhead light or two. The parking left much to be desired. We were able to park in their main garage which was a narrow scary zone. Its a stacked garage so you need to not have a high car, and no antenna. We saw someone's antenna get squished and they were a sedan (just as an FYI). Getting into the spots was kind of a joke and required a 10 point turn (maybe more) since you'd really want to back into a spot. Getting early to get a spot is a must or you might never be able to get in. They are narrow. If you don't see your car you have to raise the platform up until it shows up. The restaurant was great! If you stay do eat there since the food is excellent.
