Qube Hotel Bergheim

Very pleasant stay and helpful staff.

Reservation was switched from other Qube property in town. Apparently that hotel was unable to open due to COVID impacts. Had reserved a Junior Suite for three and the room at Qube Bahnstadt seemed small by comparison. Also, the bar and restaurant were closed and were being used for COVID testing. None of these shortcomings were communicated to me in a timely manner, which I find disappointing. Finally, the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Qube Bahnstadt is an extremely nice property and I'm sure it will reach its full potential once COVID impacts subside.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a room in the villa which was a beautiful historic building. Room had a nice bathroom, great water pressure, hot water, and lots of room. Room had high ceilings, very clean and a/c. Highly recommend. The hotel restaurant had a short menu but great food. Wait staff was awesome. Less than a mile walk to the alt start area.

We used apartment type. It was bit far from the reception as it was on the different building across the street. But the receptionist were very nice and the room was spacious that our family could relax.

Location was nice, staffs were kind, room was great and breakfast was excellent.

Super modern room. So nice! Uncomfortable bed, but it seems all beds in Germany are hard as stone. Pillows could be more soft and bigger. Beautiful room, great stay.

Nice environment. Convenient to move around

Excellent hotel with fantastic breakfast and first rate restaurant. We were in the separate villas building which was extremely clean and comfortable. Very convenient location.

Quiet, spacious, clean, great location! I loved the espresso machine in the alcove outside our room. The restaurant was delicious too!

Modern hotel, 10-15 mins walk from train station. Rooms modern, no coffe/tea making in room, available in bar. Restaurant but menu didn’t suit us so didn’t dine there.
