the key card kept failing. The elevator was really slow.

All appears good except there was no shelf in the shower. As crazy as it sounds, I had to walk out of the shower to the sink whenever I needed shampoo or soap. The sink didn’t drain. But on a good note, they replaced the carpet with a hard surface flooring. Much cleaner. Breakfast was ok, not a bagged serving.

Front desk staff was nice.

First room we were given had a broken lock. Second room had 3 pillows on a king size bed with a couple staying in the room. Housekeeping staff were loud, banging doors and walls continuously throughout the day starting at 7am. We booked for 4 days but left after 2 because of the noise. Radisson has yet to refund us for the 2 days we didn’t stay. We have called multiple times and the manager is now dodging our calls. We did not want to put this up but he will not get his head out of his butt and do what should be done. We now request 3 days refund due to his lack of attention and all the extra work we had to put in just to make him do what’s right.

New owners are working to bring the property back up to standard so there are still signs of things needing updating. There is hot breakfast but no fresh fruit or yogurt. The advertising for the restaurant in the hotel is very misleading. The bottom line is often, you get what you pay for, so overall we were satisfied and wish them well.

Is terrible the worst experience ever. Dirty, food spoiled. And if you don’t pay attention they will make extra charges in your cards. I’m still waiting for clarification. Never stay there again.

Worst experience ever. Never stay there again. The rooms are dirty. The food spoiled. I guess they don’t know how to use bleach or any good soap for laundry, because they will claim you make stains in the sheets. And if you don’t check your cards they double charge the alleged damage. So you need to be careful. I recommend never to stay there. I’m still waiting for a clarification about the extra extra charge.
