Staff was real nice grandkids loved the breakfast. It’s a great location.

The AC didn’t work the bath was peeling real bad that it got on your skin. the fridge stopped the microwave didn’t work took two days to change out. It was hard to turn the water on and off in the bathroom noob was real lose.

The location was ok because there were lots of places to eat in the area.

The breakfast was awful. We did not eat it. The grits had cooked so long they were crusty in the pan, the sausage were burnt and overcooked, the juice machine was broke, they were out of butter and milk for the cereal. Attendant said they were waiting on the truck to come. So basically there was nothing you could eat for breakfast. Then the dining room attendant and the front desk attendant were walking around with their pants hanging below their butt cheeks with their underwear showing. One of the elevators was out of order and we had a disabled son with us. Sometimes the other elevator would or would not open. The hot water in the sink would not get hot. The AC froze us. It was on 77 and still the room was freezing. We turned it off, the room would get hot. Turned it on and we froze. I have been an avid customer of Comfort Inn since the 1980's. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
