Comfort Suites McDonough Atlanta South

Breakfast was pretty good.

One of the elevators wasn't working properly. But for some reason each & every time you push the button the elevator with issues would show up to the floor your on but the doors will not open. Unless you push the button again. I made a complaint to the staff about it hopefully it will be resolved.

I checked into Comfort Suites McDonough Atlanta South on Thursday and was originally placed in room 313. Upon entering the room, I noticed stains on the sheets and reported the issue to the front desk. I was then moved to room 312. After entering room 312, I noticed there was no shampoo provided, only conditioner, and there were also stains on the floor. At the time, I chose not to report it because I did not want to be a bother. On Friday, I spoke with the housekeeping manager and requested that my room be cleaned. I was told that I needed to formally request service, which I did. Despite making the request, my room was never serviced that day. I was later assured by both the front desk manager and the housekeeping manager that my room would be serviced on May 23rd, but again, no housekeeping service was provided. Since staying here, my room has not been serviced at all. Today, I had to stop a housekeeper in the hallway myself just to ask for additional tissue and towels because we had run out due to the lack of housekeeping service. Most concerning, while lying in bed today with my children, my son lifted the sheets and discovered blood stains on the bedding. I immediately took photos of the blood stains found on the sheets of both beds.
