"Excellent"

Overall hotel room was perfect , the house keeper was the sweetest person . She made sure the room was clean and made sure we didn’t need anything extra

Front desk receptionist had me waiting for 45 mins after being told my room would be ready in 15mins she stated she forgot to call me. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because a family of 20 had taken over the area and kept trying to play fight over my 3 year old daughter head . I kept telling the child to stop my baby was younger than her. I told the front desk associate he just said he was sorry. No action was taken

"Nice hotel"

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The morning breakfast was very good with a decent variety. I would recommend staying at this hotel. I only wish the clerk at the front desk had asked if I was a member of Choice Hotels, which I am, because I missed out on my points booking through Booking.com.
