"My sleep was good but being under stress because of my sister dying I slept well."

Where the building was finished it was good but you had to go through all the remodeling to get anywhere.

The surrounding neighborhoods was scary. Lots of homeless people and animals (German police dog) wondering on the property.

It’s almost done with a full renovations. The only area affected for us was the breakfast area. It should be done very soon and didn’t impact the quality of food. Better than most hotels of its caliber.

"Good location and breakfast, terrible front desk staff"

Good property, but currently doing renovations on the second floor, which makes it impossible for guests to sleep past 8am because of all the hammering and drilling noises.

The staff was quite rude and treated us like we were trying to rob them or something. Even though we had a do not disturb sign and they had my card on file, they knocked on our door both mornings demanding payment and trying to rush us to leave the hotel. It was very inconvenient and rude. I have never been treated that way in ANY hotel before, both in and outside of the U.S.

It was very new, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived as the lobby was under renovation. This was a surprise, and the hallways smelled like paint. However, the staff was excellent and the breakfast also made up for some of the shortcomings.

Location next to other hotels and a shopping center so that's good. Construction going on, so got a free upgrade. Friendly staff at front desk!

Smelled like construction/paint in my room, but understandably so. Breakfast not as good as other locations but still okay.
