"Staff lack customer service skills"

Space was adequate and like that room temperature could be controlled easily. Bathroom products were nice.

We noticed the hotel had a constant water source that would not dry in front of the building and one cold morning the water turned to black ice that I couldn't see and I fell very hard in the street. Went to notify staff, they said that they were aware it could happen and no concern or care for me. No incident report until I spoke with the manager the next day that finally put up signage for other guest. Nothing they could do so they say but left me feeling like my hardship didn't matter. The staff was too nonchalant about everything including other requests for my room better I fell.
