The hot tub has been out of action for over one month, but no one informed us of this beforehand. The rooms do not have opening windows, even though I emailed the hotel prior to arriving and asked to be informed if this was the case. They did not allow a late check out even though they were mostly empty. There was no buffet breakfast available and we were only allowed one choice from the order only breakfast menu. The single choices ranged in costs between $10 and $15 whilst the buffet cost $20, hence this cost more than the buffet, however, no compensation was offered for this. As both people staying are vegetarian, we required the choice that the buffet offered, and hence would not have stayed here if all this was known in advance.

Overall good experience. Only issue is I wasn’t expecting to pay for daily parking.

Great location and since it’s next to the highway, it’s accessible to the entire city. Clean hotel and the staff are what makes it great.
