The customer service and they didn’t inform us that they were overbooked with no housekeepers for clean rooms so they didn’t check us in they suggest to me and my family upon arrival that we had to find another hotel after driving 45 miles to Jackson

It was unsafe and no real parking. There was homeless people approaching us and have to find a parking spot away from building. Police was called out to the location due to random people in and out of the location

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The mattress had just the right balance of support and softness, and the pillows were plush without feeling too firm or too flat.

Paid valet parking is the only option at $28 per night, with no street parking available nearby. The check-in experience was unwelcoming, and when I asked about the pool, I was told it had been out of service for weeks. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with a noticeable homeless presence and very limited dining options. Despite what the website advertised, breakfast was not included, and there was an additional charge for Wi-Fi. Overall, the hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained, and the bathroom constantly felt overheated, making the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
