Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Jackson, MS built in 1923 has old world charm however needs to be renovated.

Downtown Jackson,MS is not safe to walk around after a certain hour. The hotel staff had no empathy and lack customer service skills. The room temperature thermometer was broken and couldn’t be set low. Unsanitary bathroom with black ring in toilet and shower broken. Safety lock on door was broken.

Booked this for the indoor pool amenity, the pump ws broke. Also, bed linens was not changed on one of the beds , no 24 hour house keeping, no additional clean linens....
