We came from the United States to visit the family in Shenzhen, and staying in this hotel. We had a great time and enjoyed the time very much. The hosts were very warm & friendly. Breakfast is best. Absolutely wonderful place. High recommended.

"Huge room with helpful staff"

"Hair Salon service was disappointing"

Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at this salon. While the junior staff took their time washing my hair, the senior stylist rushed through the actual haircut in just 10 minutes. The result was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had—my bangs were uneven and awkwardly hanging on my forehead, leaving me looking awful for weeks. Despite paying a premium price, the quality of service was far below expectations. I do not recommend this salon.
