"It was the worse hotel stay of my life. I couldn't wait to leave."

Nothing

There was no ice machine. The door had no security latch. The remote didn't work. The bedspread was stained. There was no working phone in the room. The staff brought up a new remote but had an attitude about it. I have never paid so much for so little in my life.

The pool has no water. The bolt on the door was missing. I couldn't get the key to work my door half the time. All employees are very friendly and helpful.
