"日光東照宮の温泉ならここ。"

日光東照宮、バス停に近く、ロケーションは最高だった。部屋やサービスの細かな点がよく配慮されていて、快適に過ごせた。

温泉の洗い場のシャワーヘッドの付け根が汚れていた。多くの人が手に持つ部分は清掃してほしい。夕食の部屋が暑かった。温泉入浴後で体が温まっていたうえに、しゃぶしゃぶの小さな鍋に火をつけ、お酒を飲むので汗だくになってしまった。

Super séjour au sein de l'établissement. Vrai plaisir de découvrir un hôtel typique japonais. La nourriture très bonne même si on n'est pas habitué, le personnel super accueillant et qui explique très bien tous les dispositifs et la nourriture de l'hôtel. Les onsens très propres et très bien équipés! La situation très bien car à côté (10 min) du centre ville et à côté des temples, etc.

"A serene ryokan experience in peaceful Nikkō"

Beautiful Japanese-style experience with served breakfast and dinner (huge portions!) Comfortable futons and a private open-air bath connected with the room. Convenient location with bus access to Lake Chūzenji and a shuttle to Nikkō station.

The latest possible time for breakfast was 8 am. Being quite jet-lagged, this was a bit tough as we would have liked to sleep a bit longer.

とてもきめ細かい対応でした。 最近はどこも　接し方が　簡易的なところが多い中　心のこもった　おもてなしを受けた感じです。 スタッフに外国の方もいらっしゃいましたが、とても勉強されていて、おもてなしができていて感動しました。
