Riverview Cambodia Boutique Hotel

Breakfast is in the next building. In a not very nice bar, where it is allowed to smoke! Breakfast is poor... Internet is quite slow. Staff's English quite bad. Water in the tube and in the shrink, didn't move. That's discusting and shows, that cleaning is not so god.

Rough part of town but if youre going to riverfront you already knew that.

Nice hotel with a solid traditional feel to it. I stayed in a River View suite, and whilst It was difficult to see the river because of the trees, the balcony outside was large and very pleasant. The room was clean and nicely furnished with a decent internet connection, bathroom was excellent with a big bath, rainfall shower, and a good hot water supply for my daily shave! A light breakfast is served at the restaurant on the corner, and includes a nice choice of proper coffees, just check the prices before ordering a second cup!

Love this little boutique hotel. The décor was trendy. The location couldn't be any better in Phnom Penh. The night staff really went out of there way to help me. Will definitely be staying there when I am next in Cambodia.

We would say the condition of the room and the hotel is excellent. Staff were friendly. We booked this hotel for the 'river view terrace' which paid twice for the river view, however, we can see the river only from the side of the terrace with narrow sight. We later find a hotel room with river front view, still clean and neat for much less. I think it all depends what you want. Again, the condition and the cleanliness are excellent.

BOOKED A ROOM WITH RIVER VIEW TERRACE WHICH IS NOT CHEAP BUT WE WANTED TO ENJOY THE RIVER VIEW. I PHONED HOTELS.COM AND COMMUNICATED WITH THE HOTEL TO CONFIRM, BUT IT TURNED OUT THAT THE HOTEL FACES ON TO THE ROAD LEADING TO THE RIVER, YOU NEED HAVE GOOD EYESIGHT TO SEE THE RIVER THROUGH ALL THE TREES. WE WOULD SAY IT HAS RIVER VIEW BUT NOT RIVER FRONT VIEW. IT ACTUALLY OVERLOOKS THE NIGHT MARKET. BY SAYING SO, THE CONDITION OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. WE FOUND A HOTEL LESS FANCY AROUND THE CORNER WITH FULL RIVER FRONT VIEW FOR HALF THE PRICE, WHICH WAS MUCH VALUE FOR MONEY.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I first approached the counter to check in. The rooms were large and well kept. I have stayed at other hotels in Phnom Penh and would definitely go back to River 108. Not much of a view, but I was there mostly to sleep and get work done. On the weekends, it can get loud if you are overlooking the front of the hotel as the night market is just across the street. This could be convenient, but can make for a restless nights sleep.

It is a lovely boutique hotel. It is close to the Riverside and all the restaurants and bars are closeby. Super friendly hotel staffs. If you are planning to take the shuttle to Siem Reap, Giant Ibis is closeby.

I had booked the std suite for 2nights stay with my hubby for a getaway. When we checked into our room, I was so disappointed that the description was completely different from what the website had told us. There was no balcony and worse still, there was no window! Had I known that this std suite has no windows, I would have booked elsewhere. The hotel couldn't change the room for me as they were fully booked. It almost ruined my vacation, had it not been for the staff service. Would appreciate that the website offer us more accurate info where room styles are concerned.

It is impossible to sleep in the so called river views rooms are all directly above a very noisy restaraunt that is on the street below and is full and open 24 hours.The staff and owner all know this but have done nothing except laugh.
