Location was perfect for our needs and walking to restaurants and other food options

This property is very run down and needs a lot of work. Towels were stained and had to ask for replacements. Bathroom sink was stained and tap fitting wobbly. Roll into the middle of the bed. Dust on railings of bathroom has not been cleaned. We booked for three adults but the room had two chairs, two cups and two glasses. Also toaster and kettle in the room but no plates or cutlery in the room. No signs to say ask reception. This property is on the highway and there was a lot of traffic noise all night.

They do not serve breakfast or provide the makings of Breakfast only the makings for Tea or Coffee.

The bed was not comfortable and sank in the middle, and there was mould in the grout on the bathroom wall, while the air conditioner worked it did not close when switched off.

The staff were lovely and room was old but clean and comfortable

I didn't like being woken up at 5 am because the reception room next door was singing and music for affirmation with my room next door. This should not happen as it is an unreasonable time.
