There is no Swimmingpool and the gym is on the small side

Great views of the Matterhorn. Great hikes from the hotel. Lovely Spa and Great rooms Some lovely restaurants on site as well

Fantastic ambience, obsession for detail, surprising interior design. The hotel is an experience itself. Outstanding staff, very professional and with a peculiar positive mood. Very good breakfast. Certainly a hotel with a visionary leadership. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cervo Zermatt. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to all the little details that make the experience so unique and memorable. From start to finish, the atmosphere felt warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The staff were exceptional across the board — from the restaurants to the cleaning team, everyone was so friendly, professional, and attentive.

Had a blissful 2.5 days at the Cervo. Stayed in the Nomad lodge because it is closer to the spa. The room was fantastic, really loved it, stylishly furnished. Very comfortable bed. Great stuff included such as a lightweight mammut rucksack that could be borrowed and/or purchased in the shop. We ate at the italian restaurant one night on the terrace - food was delicious and a good selection, although I do think more choice for vegetarians would enhance the offer. We ate in bar the other night - Middle Eastern/asian delicacies - again fantastic. Breakfast was amazing with a super choice of cooked/prepared options plus a large buffet. Finally, the spa is incredible and where we spent every afternoon and some of the morning we left. Worth going to the hotel just for the spa, we had a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Malanka and Javi who were both amazing. Felt completely blissed out by the massage - probably the best I've ever had. Finally, all the staff are lovely, whether the servers, the spa people, and front desk. I would personally flag the Czech front desk guy whose name I can't remember who was really lovely when we arrived at 9.30pm and checked us out. Also, the guy from Barcelona who drove us to the station when we left - both kind, attentive and engaging. I can't recommend the Cervo enough and I would definitely return the next time I'm in Zermatt.

Gym - space, equipment, ventilation, lighting; is well well below the hotel standard. Accessibility to the room (stairs)
