Spacious apartment, lots of room for a family

The apartments are well located just off leith walk. Inside they are clean and well presented. Aged looking in some places but a good option for those looking for larger accommodations in edinburgh.

Apartment is excellent with good space for a family. Only internet was not working great. When we informed them, they immediately sent someone to fix it but even then it was not perfect but was much better. Very responsive team. Very comfortable apartment

Area is nice, APPARTMENT is big and clean

Amazingly spacious apartment and well equipped - would definitely stay there again. Only down side would be: was clean enough - certainly acceptable - but not immaculate.

Convenient but a little difficult to find

I loved my stay here. Close to everything. The staff is more then accommodating. I would stay here every time.

We booked this apartment for one night, as a spot to get through the first night of jet lag before going on to visit family in Dundee. The twin beds suited us perfectly for that, and the place is very quiet. We all slept a full eight hours and wished we could stay another night. Edinburgh requires more time. The only downside--and it isn't much of one--is having to pick up the key at a spot a couple of blocks away. The instructions for that could be more clear. Otherwise, A+. Thanks for a great soft landing!

We enjoyed our staying in the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, as well as well located to the centre and Waverley train station.

We chose this apartment because of it's close proximity to the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre. Very short walk to both the Theatre and a number of restaurants. The area was very nice and we had no qualms about walking back late after the show (2 females). There's a small Co-op supermarket 2 minutes away which has a decent range of groceries etc. The apartment was scrupulously clean and the beds were very comfortable. As with many short term lets the furniture is functional and we felt that it was nearing the end of its natural life giving the property a slightly rundown feel. This wasn't helped by the abandoned car in the private car park. Having said that, we felt that overall it was good value for money and would happily stay here again for 1/2 nights.
