Please note that bed linen is changed once a week, and towels are changed twice a week. A daily cleaning service is included in room and apartment rates. Cleaning of kitchens and kitchenware of the apartments is not included. Please note, the total amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. The hotel does not have picnic service. For reservations of 5 or more rooms, more restrictive prepayment and cancellation policies may apply. If they are carried out, the hotel will contact you. For nonrefundable rates, the hotel reserves the right to request, at check-in, both the credit card used to pay in advance and the cardholder’s ID.
