Incredibly uncomfortable room, furniture and facilities, very noisy, got very little rest.

Clean tidy redecorated rooms. Small hot rooms for summer. Fans provided. Friendly staff. No lift we were on third floor.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. The staff are friendly. Its a good place for a cheap price.

My children and I discovered the bedbugs in the middle of night in our room. The stuff gave other rooms. I do hope the hotel will make action to do the bedbugs treatment in mediately. It was a bad experience for us. The bedbugs are very hard to get ride of. The location was fantastic, and the stuffs were very kind.

The hotel is very nicely located, five minutes walking from the Cathedral and right next to the tram lines, despite being in a quiet side alley. My room was clean and cozy, although with a couple of maintenance issues. I did not try the breakfast service. The only possible downside I see is that there is no elevator and the floor layout is convoluted - so if you end up with a room in a high floor, there will be some walking around to do. The price looked very reasonable to me.

Hotel is what we expected. Location was very central on the main island. Perfect to walk around and see everything.

Right in the downtown area, a few blocks away from everything. The hotel itself was nice, with a small but updated lobby, but the room we were in was dated. Also not having an elevator was a little inconvenient when our room was on the 3rd floor, but that was expected.
