Hôtel très bien situé pour tout.... Très agréable séjour .

Great location! The rooms are very small along with a very small bed. The bathrooms need to have a makeover. It was however easy to cheek in, and check out. We didn't have breakfast at this hotel because it was too pricy. This hotel is nothing special and overpriced for what you get.

Hotel in good location. Very difficult to reach by car and the nearby parking lot was full. We had to park the car about 2 kms away and then take luggage with us. Room was dark with little lighting. Didn't try the breakfast.

After check-in everything seemed ok, but during the night it was far too hot (no AC, only a fan!) and far too noisy when windows were opened. Windows were opening to a small narrow street which looked nice at first, but just before morning it got very very noisy and it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was nice, though could've been higher variety to choose from. Location is GREAT - just few minutes from the Cathedral and not too far from beautiful Petite France.

The location was excellent. The weather and the rooms were hot but we slept okay with the windows open since there was not much street noise at night. We were on the third floor which meant lots of stairs and a maze of corridors. Otherwise, the room was clean and functional.

Hotel is elegant and well located off Tram lines A/D and inside historic district. Staff very helpful and breakfast was good. Huge drawback in that room had no air conditioning which made the 100+ degree heat difficult to live/sleep through. But for lack of A/C, this is a top pick for the price.

Came out from Paris just for one night to see the Cathedral and the Palais de Rohan. Easy 3 block walk to Cathedral, centrally located for Petit France area as well. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. We didn't have much luggage so the hotel not having an elevator was okay. Pretty good breakfast with lots to choose from. They have a room where we left our bags after we checked out in the morning and then picked them up in the afternoon. Modern decor in the lobby and public areas. Bedrooms a little "Spartan" with some strange metal furniture and lioghting. Beds were comfortable and firm. Only real complaint was that the pillows had a sort of sour smell. This was fairly low priced considering the location so it's overall a pretty good bargain.

No aircon, no lift.... Difficult to find parking and difficult to stop car in front of the hotel... some staff are friendly but one or two are not. Convenient location though.

I think this used to be a really nice hotel. From the outside it looks a little scary but the lobby and breakfast area are nice. The hall ways are really bad. There is a weird natural-fiber wall covering that smells really bad. In many places it is sagging off the wall. The stairwell is dirty and the carpet is stained. Our room was tired but ok. The bathroom and linens were clean. Our window opened to a narrow street that seemed to be used by every bus and truck on the planet. Because it was hot there is no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open. I am guessing the rooms that open to the courtyard are much, much quieter. The pool was dirty and we never considered using it. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is good and allows an easy walk to the main sights. If they would spend some time and money to clean up the halls and carpets I think this place could be much nicer.
