L'emplacement est canon dans Copacabana avec vue sur la plage. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, le petit-déjeuner très bon (le meilleur que nous ayons eu au Brésil). Le personnel disponible et agréable.

Les serviettes de piscine pourraient être plus grandes, elles ne couvrent pas la totalité du transat.

"No se les ocurra quemar dinero en las Wanna Be Suites de este Hotel"

La amabilidad de la gente

Yo compré una suite y no es una suite ! ( no debería llamarse suite ) sino Junior suite ó parlor Junior, aparte pagas $400 dólares por día y no te dan tan solo una botella de agua, la limpieza es súper deficiente, no dejan papel de baño y te dan 2 toallas manchadas ( el estándar internacional para una suite es de 4 a 6 toallas - no importa la cantidad de personas ) Yo soy hotelero, es decepcionante el precio — excesivamente caro— por una habitación prácticamente estándar !!? Lo único Que vale la pena es la vista ( pero no pagas $400 por noche solo por la vista de la playa ) es un engaño y las fotos de Booking no merecen lo que recibes !!!!!

Esqueci minhas joias ( 2 anéis de ouro com diamante) e um colar de ouro com pingente de coração com diamante. Qd lembrei que havia esquecido liguei pro hotel e simplesmente não acharam mais no quarto. Até o momento não tive retorno da gerência, liguei diversas vezes não me deixaram falar com a gerência. Só consegui falar com a recepção que afirma que não acharam nada no meu quarto 210. Um absurdo. Nunca mais me hospedo neste hotel e vou entrar na justiça para ver se consigo diminuir meu prejuízo

"Aceptable"

El desayuno es excelente y muy variado. El personal es amable y habla diferentes idiomas. El hotel se siente limpio todo el tiempo. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en frente de la playa. El proceso de Check in y chek out fue muy sencillo.

El aire acondicionado hace DEMASIADO ruido, si eres una persona que no concibe el sueño fácilmente, es mejor buscar otra alternativa porque estuve las dos noches sin dormir hasta que lo apagaba. La piscina es pequeña y de agua helada.
