Friendly staff with excellent attention to details, always smiling and supportive

It is such a stunning location, you don’t feel like you are on a resort, you feel like you are on your own island. It’s a very beautiful resort with gorgeous beaches and our room was lovely. The food at Cyann for lunch and dinner is really good and would recommend. We had a particularly amazing waitress a number of times whose first name we can’t remember, but her second name was Rachael and whenever she served us, whether it was at Cyann or Helios, she made the experience 10 times better with how friendly and attentive she was.

Not much you can complain about, I guess the only things we felt were missing was an on-site shop and perhaps more evening entertainment. Zee Bar had live music two nights while we were there and it was brilliant, so would be great if that was more frequent.

We have just spent one week at Constance Ephelia and from the moment we arrived, we truly felt welcome and well taken care of. What stood out most to us was the friendliness of the staff combined with a very high level of professionalism. Everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sanath, the Assistant Guest Services Manager, who took such good care of us from the moment we arrived. His professionalism and kindness really made a difference, and that level of personal attention is quite rare to find. We also really appreciated having several restaurant options during our stay, each with a different atmosphere and variety of dishes. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful wine recommendations from the sommelier during dinner, which added a very nice touch to the overall dining experience. Our morning routine quickly became one of the highlights of the trip: a workout at the gym with Donovan followed by breakfast at Cyann, which we thoroughly enjoyed every day. We stayed in a family villa with a private pool, and it was wonderful to relax there in the late afternoon before getting ready for dinner. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. Another feature we loved was the hotel app, which allowed us to book lunches, dinners, and activities very easily. As a fairly tech-savvy family, we found it extremely convenient and well designed. We still have one more day left before heading home and are already looking forward to one last dinner at Adam & Eve and another breakfast and lunch at Cyann. Thank you again to Sanath and the entire team for such a lovely stay. We leave with wonderful memories of both the hotel and Seychelles.
