מלון יפהפה ומפואר, שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש. ריזורט ענק (וזה גם החיסרון העיקרי וכנעט יחיד) עם שני חופים (הצפוני הוא היפה משמעותית), שמורת טבע שאפשר לטייל בה והמון פעילויות ואטרקציות.

המלון על שטח מאוד גדול כאמור, וכדי לעבור מאזור לאזור תלויים בהסעות הפנימיות שהיו יכולות להיות תכופות ויעילות יותר (לא פעם מצאנו את עצמנו הולכים רבע שעה וההסעה לא עברה בזמן הזה). עוד נקודה לשיפור היא להוסיף שירותים ומקלחות באזור החוף הצפוני, איפה שמבלים רוב הזמן. יש שירותים רק במסעדה, ומקלחות חיצוניות בלבד. דבר נוסף שכדאי לשים אליו לב- יש במלון 4 מסעדות, לכולן מלבד הבופה צריך להזמין מקום, ורצוי אפילו לפני ההגעה כי יש עומס גדול. כל המסעדות כלולות ב-half board ומצויינות, מלבד המסעדה הצרפתית לשלא כלולה, וזה לא כתוב בצורה מאוד ברורה. הגענו לשם וגילינו שאורחי half board מקבלים בה זיכוי בשווי 25 יורו בלבד, למרות ששילמנו על תוספת ארוחת הערב 80 יורו... זה היה די חצוף ולא מובן. קמנו והלכנו למסעדת הבופה ואכלנו ארוחה נהדרת. למרות הפירוט הארוך של החלק השלילי, המלון מדהים ומומלץ מאוד.

A szigeten több szállodát kipróbálva mondható hogy ár-érték arányban megfelelő. A hatalmas területet biciklivel jártuk be, van sok sportolási lahetőség, kitűnő konyha, Corossol étteremben mindent kielégítő választék. A Zipline pedig egy hatalmas élmény trópusi környezetben. Kíváló személyzet.

Das Frühstück im Cyann hat uns wirklich begeistert – frisch, abwechslungsreich und rundum lecker. Die Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool war ein absoluter Highlight und hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist das Personal: ausserordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets aufmerksam.

Das Abend-Buffet hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht ganz erfüllt.

Shopping at the facility quite expensive, better to take a taxi to downtown. The lights in the room are not ideal, especially bathroom area for makeup could be improved.

Le cadre, les 2 plages, les piscines dont une « quiet », la demi pension très bonne.

En tant hôtel 5 étoiles je regrette juste que le café soit à disposition avec un machine à café et non servi à table.
