It feels like being in paradise. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially at the Helios restaurant where we met Vamsi, who is super kind, friendly, and always available. The only downside to the resort is that in the evenings, apart from a quiet bar, there are no evening activities to engage people and have some fun before going to bed.

Absolutely amazing resort to stay, service excellent, Helios was our favourite restaurant, many thanks to Vamsi and Shaun for their attention to detail and making us feel so welcome, thank you also to Herman at Corossol who also made our stay extra special, would definitely recommend coming here, the rooms are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, thank you all so much.

We have stayed at several luxury resorts before, but this one truly stands out. Our room was absolutely amazing, located right at the top with a breathtaking ocean view, and just 10 meters from the beach away without any noise! The room service was top tier. Always perfectly clean, incredibly efficient, and done completely unnoticed. We also highly appreciated that the managers frequently came by to check on our wellbeing. It made us feel incredibly valued and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. However, what made our vacation exceptionally memorable was the outstanding team at the Helios restaurant. While everyone was incredibly kind, we want to give the biggest possible shoutout to our waiter, Vamsi. Vamsi is truly extraordinary. His authenticity, friendliness, and genuine joy for life were contagious. His service and professional demeanor were absolute world-class. Made our nights! You can tell how incredibly hard he works, and in all our travels, we have never encountered anyone like him. He is a phenomenal asset to this resort. We would honestly come back to this resort just because of him!

Incredible experience at constance Ephelia. The resort is amazing, the food incredible and the beaches are topnotch. Also the service is incredibly good!

We stayed at the Constance Ephelia in June 2026 as a family to celebrate an important birthday. From the start, the team at Ephelia welcomed us graciously and made us feel at home - including accommodating our early arrival and providing food and drinks to help after a long flight. Every member of staff we encountered went out of there way to help and make our stay extra special - including making sure that an injured member of our party had easy access to buggies. Dorina and Ratiana were so kind and caring, anticipating all of our needs at breakfast and even organising a birthday and farewell surprise. Brigita at the beach also brought a cheer and ensured that we always had a clean supply of towels. The staff at Helios and Corrasol - Vamsi, Mahadev, Prabhu, sachin and Paolo went out of the way to make sure our dinners were extra special. Their care and consideration went above and beyond what we were expecting and made our stay so memorable. Lastly thanks to Sampath and Vijay we were also able to secure late check out to accurate our later flight - a much appreciated gesture! The hotel grounds and beaches are amazing - but what makes the Ephelia standout is the quality of service, cheeriness and diligence of all staff.

Staff are amazing. Location is fabulous with south/north beach carrying out completely different feels. The hotel does have a lot of facilities for various vacation types.

Everything about the hotel was 5 star, the beauty craftsmanship, the super awesome staff especially Christine & Sebastian went out of the way to take good care of us, the tortoise park, the beach beaches
