Mein Sonnenbrille wurde während des Room Services gestohlen. Das würde man sich bei einem 5-Sterne-Resort nicht erwarten.

Huge property, 2 beaches north & south at port launay, north has the beautiful Marine park lovely snorkelling sites! Well kept beautifully managed property! Comfy rooms! Superb service especially by christine & team at check in! Also sebastain @ the restaurants was amazing Lots of activities at the resort Beautiful Pools

Breakfast could have been better! Huge spread but not really the tastiest! I could compare this bf to a hotel where you pay 150-200$ a night! Not one where u pay 400-600$ No barista coffee at breakfast! Machine made pretty low quality! Quality of cheese decent not great, so was the bacon & sausages!

Тишина, покой и умиротворение. Лучшее места для тех, кому надо отдохнуть от суеты. Южный пляж более спокойный (меньше людей и больше пространства) и дикий, но чувствителен к приливам и отливами, поэтому купались в основном на северном. Один из лучших пляжей всего Маэ - Порт Ланай, там комфортно даже в сильные отливы. Великолепная еда, огромное разнообразие продуктов и блюд. В общем ресторане вечером шведский стол, и каждый день разные национальные кухни. А копченый марлин на завтраках и домашние йогурты- это нечто незабываемое. Великолепное спа, очень красивое и тихое место. Лучшее место чтобы переждать тропический ливень, охлаждаясь в нём после сауны. Кстати, сауна, хамам и бассейны с гидромассажами входят в стоимость проживания в отеле.

Если хотите проводит больше времени на южном пляже, надо учитывать сезонность водорослей. В мае их больше, а в октябре вообще нет. Но пляжи чистят каждое утро от них.

The location is excellent, with two pristine beaches, five swimming pools, and the added benefit of being situated within a conservation park. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The buggy service was efficient and convenient, while the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. Communication through both the app and WhatsApp was prompt and responsive. The hotel also organized different activities like hiking and cycling, which is a great way to stay active and meet other guests.

Apart from Helios, the food at the other restaurants were disappointing and lacked variety and quality. Skip the various 'cuisine nights' at Corossol restaurants because the food is tasteless and expensive. The 'tapas' served at Kabana is misleading. Instead of traditional tapas, the menu consisted of just dips like hummus, guacamole, etc which they considered to be 'tapas'.
