Lovely staff and good food

The hotel is in a great location and lots of services within walking distance. The apartment is located away from the hotel itself which is clear at time of booking and also at check in where was provided. Parking was easy to access and very secure. There was some information provided at booking which the hotel needed clarifying and was sorted out when I called them. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs so can’t be accessed if non ambulant, please be aware of this for guests and luggage too. The stairs have a compulsory light that cannot be switched off or dimmed, it would be good to have a sign on the wall explaining this. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean and tidy though the small lounge room is only big enough for 2 people to watch tv though the apartment sleeps 4. It was a pleasant place to stay and I’d stay again.

Great room. Everything was clean, no hassle whatsoever. Reception was great and super helpful. Could see the Mawson Lakes Pub and Woolworths from our room. Super close to the shops, restaurants, parking ect.
