Mawson Lakes Hotel & Function Centre

Had to walk to studio apartment which is away from reception. Basic room ok for 1 night

I would like to praise all staff’s from the time of booking in every staff member was helpful respectful and nothing was out of their way. Housekeeping staff was great bistro staff and the food was great also the gaming room was good. The hotel was central for us in regards to Woolworths and some food restaurants. Thought when I booked the accommodation i asked for a room with kitchen. And the only thing I will complain about is the bed which maybe a change of mattress. I will book again with the hotel. Thank you once again.

Meals are excellent Cleaning on balcony was non-existant

It is in the heart of Mawson Lakes. Similar to the Bella Vista in Sydney with the lake in the mid of the suburb. The unit is spacious. Woolworth is just next to the building, very convenient.

Second time staying at the property and generally cannot fault. We stayed in the apartments across the road as it suited our needs as a family of 4. If you are planning on staying here, just keep in mind, the apartments can be quite noisy - the first night I thought someone was letting themselves into our room. Hotel can't do anything about it, nor would I expect them to, but just something to keep in mind. The only other thing is that the carpets could probably use a good clean, but as its high traffic, I appreciate the difficulties around that. Otherwise, we will be back.

Staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant very nice, food great, room presentable and tidy, but only down fall was state of the bed, mattress was unacceptable, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep, Hotel notified about this problem with thw mattress on departure

Apartment word used loosely shoe box more appropriate but it was clean and serviced each day

Two bedroom studio was clean and bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The lounge chair was cracked and needs replacement. Parking was very full every day and difficult to find a park however did like that the parking was inside a gate.

Lots of stairs, hard with kids Fridge wasn’t working( all our food got off) No microwave Overall ok property

The bed and pillow was very uncomfortable ,the room could do with some paint and needs to be refurbished
