Good location. Receptionist was lovely.

First room had not been made up after the previous occupant. Second room smelt very bad and windows could not be opened. Hot water was available at hand basin but not in shower; shower was luke warm at best. Bathroom needed a good scrub. Missing door in the communal kitchen meant the freezing winds just blew around the room.
