Le lit n’était pas confortable, les serviettes sont minuscules et on ne peut pas en avoir plus d’une, pas de climatisation seulement un ventilateur qui fait un bruit de tracteur donc impossible de dormir avec

La litterie

Le vol de mon chargeur de téléphone, le manque de nettoyage du sol, l'oubli de remettre du papier toilette, le non vidage de la poubelle et le changement de pression de l'eau permanent pendant la douche passant d'une douche froide à une douche brûlante toutes les 5 secondes

"Incident desagreable qui peut arriver, mais dans ce cas on rembourse la chambre"

La douche etait bouchée, j'ai inondé la salle de bain, ai du utiliser les serviettes de bain pour serpiller, finir de rincer mes cheveux dans l'evier et la deuxieme personne n'a pas pu prendre de douche. J'ai appelé pour prevenir, on m'a parlé de geste commercial dont il n'a pas ete question le lendemain. On m'a dit d'en faire part à booking.com. C'est chose faite!
