L’emplacement tout près du métro La kitchenette petite mais complète La propreté du studio L’amabilité du personnel Le prix raisonnable

Les odeurs : odeurs fortes dans le couloir de nourriture qui pénétraient dans le studio. Impossible d’aérer car odeurs à l’extérieur de pots d’échappement (face à la gare de Vaise) La vue : gare de Vaise Les sols des communs : couloirs en moquette, montée d’escalier hyper sale. Le petit déjeuner : viennoiseries et fruits de faible qualité.
