DECheck in was easy,
Take 100$ deposit at check-in, breakfast was dry cereal and stale toast. They charged us a pet fee because they said they found dog hair on the bed. We don’t even have a dog. The “manager” Alma was very rude and unprofessional when confronted about the additional charge.
USUSIt was ok. I was bummed at the no options for allergens but my kids enjoyed it.
The quality of the carpet in the room was not great but it was tidy.

There appeared to be either an unknown stain or mold on the window drape and a drawer under the tv stand was damaged and would not stay closed. Couldn't do anything about the drape but we did find a way to keep the drawer closed so that we wouldn't bump in to it. I didn't report the drape issue but did report the drawer issue and staff was very receptive to taking care of it.
USRooms as expected at this price point. Clean and felt safe. Breakfast exceeded expectations....waffle maker, eggs. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
