The room was dirty the housekeeping came in even though it was an overnight stay.... The room was not cleaned in over a month you could tell because there was mold on the used bar of soap that was left in the restroom.

MXMXWent for a birthday stay for a child and had unexpected incidental charges on our rooms. Which were supposed to be returned the next day and five days later still not. Hotel and pool were nice. Breakfast left a little to be desired.

I more have a list. There was red splatter behind the TV. The beds were very, very firm. The shower head was either clogged or broken. The water came out all together instead of through the proper holes and I couldn't adjust it. The BIGGEST downfall, BREAKFAST. Or the lack there of. We woke up at 630am to head to breakfast. We found the usual toast/bagel, yogurt (which is SOMETHING) but being a Baymont we really thought it would be more than some eggs for a hot breakfast. We ended up needing to go back twice to get breakfast for both of us (waiting for eggs, everyone wanted them).
